 At Fierce Strategies, my mission is to help small businesses not just survive but thrive. I’m Kimberly Loflin, and with over 26 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operational management, I've had the privilege of helping a wide range of organizations—from small mom-and-pop shops to large corporations—scale and reach their full potential. My journey started with a passion for entrepreneurship, and it’s what inspired me to create Fierce Strategies: a business dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and giving them the tools they need to succeed.

I studied accounting at Weber State University, where I gained the foundation to navigate complex financial landscapes, and over the years, I've worked hands-on with businesses to solve problems, streamline operations, and grow. But at the heart of everything I do is a deep desire to support others in reaching their goals. Nothing brings me more satisfaction than seeing the businesses I work with flourish.

When I'm not helping entrepreneurs grow, you’ll find me riding my horses in the mountains with my family. I’ve always had a love for the outdoors, and I cherish the moments spent traveling and exploring new places whenever I get the chance. I’ve also had the privilege of being a life and fitness coach in the past, a role that helped me develop a deep understanding of what it takes to inspire and support others in achieving their best.
